I offer one-to-one and couples sessions from my peaceful home space in Lincolnshire, near Stamford, for those who feel ready to reconnect with themselves in a real and honest way.
People often arrive at this work at a point of change — when life feels heavy, unclear, or disconnected. Not because something is wrong, but because something within is asking to be heard.
This is not about becoming someone new.
It is about remembering who you already are beneath the noise of life.

How We Work
Through grounded conversation, meditation, breathwork, alignment practices, and supportive plant medicines, I help you gently release what no longer serves you and reconnect with your own inner wisdom.
My role is steady guidance — never pressure.
I won’t tell you who to be. I support you in understanding yourself more clearly and moving forward with greater peace and self-trust.
After 30 years working closely with individuals with additional needs, I developed a deep sensitivity to emotion, behaviour, and energy. I now bring that same presence into supporting adults — meeting you honestly, holding a safe space, and guiding only where needed.
