I offer one-to-one and couples sessions from my peaceful home space in Lincolnshire, near Stamford, for those who feel ready to reconnect with themselves in a real and honest way.
People often arrive at this work at a point of change — when life feels heavy, unclear, or disconnected.
Not because something is wrong, but because something within is asking to be heard.
This is not about becoming someone new. It is about remembering who you already are beneath the noise of life.
I provide a calm, safe space where you guide the direction of the work. We move at your pace, working with what feels true and important to you.
This work is grounded, but also intuitive. Alongside conversation and practical tools, I draw on a deeper awareness of energy, presence, and connection — always guided by what feels right for you.
How We Work
Sessions are shaped around what you bring on the day. There is no fixed structure — we begin with where you are and allow the work to unfold naturally.
Through grounded conversation, meditation, breathwork, and intuitive energy-based practices, I support you in gently releasing what no longer serves you and gaining clarity in how you move forward.
My role is steady guidance — never pressure.
I won’t tell you who to be. I support you in seeing things more clearly and making sense of what’s going on in your life.
After 30 years working closely with individuals with additional needs, I developed a deep sensitivity to emotion, behaviour, and energy. I now bring that same presence into supporting adults — meeting you honestly and guiding only where needed.
At its core, this work is about reconnecting with your own inner wisdom — and the deeper part of yourself that already knows the way forward.
