A safe space to pause, listen, and come back to yourself
Support sessions for those feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or not quite themselves
I offer one-to-one and couples sessions from my peaceful home space in Lincolnshire, near Stamford, for those who feel ready to reconnect with themselves in a real and honest way.
People often arrive at this work at a point of change — when life feels heavy, unclear, or disconnected.
Not because something is wrong, but because something within is asking to be heard.
This is not about becoming someone new. It is about remembering who you already are beneath the noise of life.
I provide a calm, safe space where you guide the direction of the work. We move at your pace, working with what feels true and important to you.
This work is grounded, but also intuitive. Alongside conversation and practical tools, I draw on a deeper awareness of energy, presence, and connection — always guided by what feels right for you.
How We Work
Sessions are shaped around what you bring on the day. There is no fixed structure — we begin with where you are and allow the work to unfold naturally.
Through grounded conversation, meditation, breathwork, and intuitive energy-based practices, I support you in gently releasing what no longer serves you and gaining clarity in how you move forward.
My role is steady guidance — never pressure.
I won’t tell you who to be. I support you in seeing things more clearly and making sense of what’s going on in your life.
After 30 years working closely with individuals with additional needs, I developed a deep sensitivity to emotion, behaviour, and energy. I now bring that same presence into supporting adults — meeting you honestly and guiding only where needed.
At its core, this work is about reconnecting with your own inner wisdom — and the deeper part of yourself that already knows the way forward.

Plant Medicine
Working with nature, awareness and intention
Plant medicines and traditional practices form part of my wider approach to reconnection and alignment.
I work with these practices respectfully, creating a calm, supportive space where there is time to pause, set intentions and reflect on your experience. My approach is grounded and intuitive, with an emphasis on preparation, personal choice and integration.
Each practice is different, and not every medicine is suitable for everyone.
Ceremonial Cacao
Cacao has a long history of cultural and ceremonial use in Central and South America.
In my sessions, ceremonial cacao offers a gentle opportunity to slow down, become present and connect more deeply with yourself.
It can be incorporated into meditation, breathwork and reflective practices, helping create a sense of warmth, intention and shared connection.
Sananga
Sananga is a traditional Amazonian preparation made from plants of the Tabernaemontana genus and used as eye drops in certain Indigenous traditions.
It is often approached ceremonially as a practice of focus, presence and inner awareness.
The experience can be physically intense, with significant stinging and watering of the eyes. I approach it with care, respect and an awareness that it is not suitable for everyone.
Hapé (Rapé)
Hapé is a traditional Amazonian powdered preparation, commonly made using tobacco and selected plant ashes.
Used within ceremonial traditions, it is often associated with grounding, stillness, intention and focused awareness.
I approach hapé as a mindful practice, creating space for quiet reflection and connection with the present moment.
As many preparations contain tobacco and nicotine, suitability and individual health considerations are important.
Kambo
A traditional Amazonian practice approached with respect, preparation and care
Kambo is a traditional practice originating from Indigenous communities of the Amazon rainforest. Unlike plant medicines, Kambo is a secretion collected from the giant monkey frog (Phyllomedusa bicolor).
I am a trained Kambo practitioner and offer this work as part of my wider approach to personal wellbeing, awareness and reconnection.
Kambo is a powerful physical experience, and I believe it is important that anyone considering it understands both its traditional significance and its potential risks.
Understanding Kambo
Traditional origins: Kambo has been used by certain Indigenous Amazonian communities within their cultural practices.
The substance: The frog secretion contains biologically active peptides that can produce rapid and significant physical effects.
The experience: Kambo is applied to small, superficial openings in the skin. Reactions may include heat, flushing, nausea, vomiting, sweating and changes in heart rate or blood pressure.
Personal intention: People may approach the experience for different personal or spiritual reasons. These intentions are individual and are not a guarantee of any particular outcome.
Not a psychedelic: Kambo is not generally classified as a psychedelic or hallucinogenic substance.
My Approach
I believe the space around an experience matters just as much as the experience itself.
My approach places importance on:
An initial conversation about your intentions and expectations.
Thorough health screening and discussion of contraindications.
Clear information about the experience and its potential risks.
Informed consent, personal choice and appropriate boundaries.
Time for rest, reflection and integration afterwards.
Recognising when a practice is unsuitable and when medical advice is needed.
Important Safety Information
Kambo is not suitable for everyone.
Kambo is not a medically established treatment for physical or mental health conditions.
Training and screening are important, but they cannot eliminate the risks.
If you are interested in learning more, please contact me for an initial conversation. There is no expectation or pressure to proceed.
A Personal, Grounded Approach
Whether working with meditation, breathwork, cacao or traditional ceremonial practices, my intention remains the same: to offer a respectful, supportive space for self-awareness, reflection and reconnection.
